Tax Inspectorate launches web site to ease reporting

As of July 23, tax-payers can benefit from the e-services offered on the web-page of the State Tax Inspectorate and of the state incumbent Fiscservinform, launched with the support of the UNDP's project "Building e-government in Moldova-2".

www.servicii.fisc.md enables to submit tax reports much faster and offers useful information related to the tax-levying area, reads a release issued by the UNDP. Vitalie Coceban, Fiscservinform's manager, says the new site pursues to ease the interaction between tax-payers and the Tax Service.

Initially the site hosts two tax reporting services (quick and electronic statements), access to the Tax Law and checking information on VAT invoice holders. One can also download blanks, register and issue digital signatures. Later, more information and services will be available. The new service enables users to check the tax reports when filling th em in, to get information about the status of the submitted tax declarations. Fiscservinform also has a center offering tax-related consulting and training.
