Validity period of tourist facility classification certificate reduced

The period of validity of the certificate on the classification of tourist facilities has been decreased from three to two years, under the amendments introduced to the Government Decision on the methodological norms and criteria of classifying the given facilities.
The amendments exclude the necessity of presenting copies of the tourism patents of the tourist facility personnel and yearly reconfirming the tourist facility classification certificate. Only the copy of the refresher course graduation certificate issued by the National Center for Improving Qualifications of Tourism Personnel or other competent authorities is needed.
Another amendment removes the provision concerning the collection of financial means from the classification of tourist facilities.
