The “A” class International Business Centre was designed in line with international and local standards, as well as with the classification requirements of the “AMERICAN CHAMBER OF COMMERCE”.

The construction materials and technology used to build SKYTOWER ensure maximum heat and sound insulation for its tenants, with the interior decoration providing a pleasant and comfortable working atmosphere. The equipment installed in the building was produced by leading manufactures from France, Germany, Italy, USA and other countries. All life-support systems are designed with a 30% reserve.

The building is equipped with a full spectrum of modern systems, including optical fiber, communication cables, autonomous heating, conditioning systems and central ventilation.

Digital phone network, ISDN, and high-speed Internet are provided by fiber optical cable.

The building also offers an open floor plan layout of rentable space with columns (pace 6 m), which allows an easy re-design.
